Abstract

The mastery of foreign languages is becoming more and more important in the Algerian economy, which is aiming to restructure itself in the sake of becoming competitive. Then, it becomes highly important to opt for the right and useful languages, which could lead to an efficient multidimensional communication with all the economic partners. The Algerian linguistic policy in the economic field witnesses a real improvement, but there is still a lot of work to accomplish in this regard. In our study, we will highlight the deficiencies which hinder the evolution of the above-mentioned policy, the linguistic variables which are involved in the
economic development and the languages on which Algerian leaders should focus in order to give a further impetus to the economic partnerships in Algeria.
