افتتاحية العدد
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على محمّد الهادي الأمين، خير الأنام أجمعين في الأولين والآخرين.
الحمد لله –عزّ وجلّ-على أن يسّر لنا إتمام مسيرة عشر سنوات من نشر المقالات العلمية ضمن مجلة الدراسات القانونية المقارنة، الصادرة عن مخبر القانون الخاص المقارن، بكلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية، بجامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف، بإصدارنا العدد الثاني من المجلد الحادي عشر لعام 2025.
هذا العدد الذي يتضمّن في طيّاته مقالات عديدة، بمواضيع متنوّعة، بين فروع القانون الخاص، والقانون العام، من كتابة مؤلفين من داخل الوطن وخارجه، والذي نرجو أن يكون منهلا ينتهل منه كلّ طالب للعلم والمعرفة.
ولا يفوتنا بهذه المناسبة العلمية تقديم الشكر الجزيل، والمتواصل، لكلّ من شاركنا في هذه المسيرة العلمية منذ سنة 2015، تأليفا، أو مراجعة، أو تحريرا، راجين الله –عزّ وجلّ-الأجر الكبير لهم في الدنيا والآخرة، آملين استمرار تعاونهم العلميّ، لاستمرار مجلتنا، ورقيّها مستقبلا.
كما نرجو من الله تعالى أن ييّسر لنا السبل من أجل الارتقاء بمجلتنا إلى مصاف المجلات العلمية العريقة، التي تخدم العلم والبحث العلمي داخل الوطن وخارجه.
كما نرجو من كلّ مهتّم بمجلة الدراسات القانونية المقارنة، دعمه لنا بدعواته الصادقة، وآرائه البناءة، ومشاركته العلمية، لتقديم الأحسن لفائدة البحث العلمي والباحثين القانونيين، بعون الله تعالى.

Praise be to Allah – the Almighty - for facilitating to us the publication of the The first issue of the eleventh volume of the Journal of Comparative Legal Studies, issued by the Comparative Private Law Laboratory at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Hassiba Ben Bouali University in Chlef.
On the occasion of this achievement, we can’t fail to extend our sincere thanks to everyone for contributing with artcles and reviewing this issue. We pray to Allah – the Almighty - for success and prosperity in this world and the hereafter, and we hope that their scientific cooperation will continue for the continuity and promotion of our journal in the future.
We also invite everyone interested in the Journal of Comparative Legal Studies to support us with sincere prayers, constructive opinions, and scientific contributions, to provide the best for the benefit of scientific research and legal researchers, with the help of Allah Almighty.

Louange à Allah - le Tout-Puissant – de nous avoir facilité cette contribution supplémentaire au savoir juridique et scientifique par la publication du premier numéro du onzième volume du journal des études juridiques comparées, éditée par le Laboratoire de droit privé comparé de la Faculté de droit et des sciences politiques de l'Université Hassiba Ben Bouali de Chlef.
A l'occasion de cette édition, nous ne pouvons manquer d'adresser nos sincères remerciements à tous ceux qui ont participé à ce numéro soit par leurs contributions scientifiques, ou soit par leur évaluation. Nous prions Allah Tout-Puissant - pour le succès et la prospérité dans ce monde et dans l'au-delà, et nous espérons que leur coopération scientifique se poursuivra pour la continuité et la promotion de notre journal à l'avenir.
