Abstract

The job commitment is desireshown by the individual in social interaction in order to achieve the goals of the organisation it has become necessary to state that the organisation's exploitation of job commitment, by adopting its positive aspects and paying attention to its negative goals, may lead to making sound and practical decisions in implementation, in addition to the organisation's understanding of the impact of both informal organisation and functional commitment.
