The impact of employees’ awareness of human resource management strategies practices on their job behavior in institutions - a study of a sample of employees of the Suwaidi Kabul Foundation in Ain Defla

This study aims to analyze the impact of employees’ awareness of human resources management strategies on their behavior within the organization, and then determine the role of this strategy in directing and modifying job behavior in line with the institutions’ goals and orientations, For this purpose, the opinions of a sample consisting of 75 workers in the Swedish Kabul Foundation in Ain Defla were studied.
The study concluded that there is a positive impact of employees’ awareness of human resource management strategy practices on their job behavior in the organization under study. It also found a positive correlation between human resource strategy practices and the determinants of job behavior of its three types: individual, collective, and organizational. It also proved that there are no differences It is statistically significant due to demographic variables, and in the end, the study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the application of the human resources strategy and working to clarify it for employees in order to gain wide acceptance and support.
