Abstract

Abstract:

 This study aimed to determine the impact of tourism sector activation elements on sustainable development from the perspective of stakeholders in the tourism sector in Chlef Province. It also sought to assess the individual impact of these activation elements on sustainable development in Chlef Province by constructing a relationship model and evaluating its effectiveness using SPSS/20. The study was conducted among officials and stakeholders in the tourism sector through a questionnaire, with 93 questionnaires distributed.

The study adopted several findings: "The activation elements of the tourism sector have an impact on establishing sustainable development in Chlef Province," indicating a positive and statistically significant impact with a moderate correlation. Furthermore, "Investment, marketing, and human resource development are considered fundamental drivers for establishing sustainable development in the tourism sector in the province," according to stakeholders in the tourism sector in Chlef Province.
