"The Impact of Digital Leadership on Organizational Creativity: An Applied Study on Onaizah Colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia"

The study aimed to measure the impact of digital leadership and its various dimensions on enhancing organizational creativity at the Colleges of Unaizah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used a sample of 100 individuals, including faculty members and staff from the colleges. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used to collect data, which was analyzed using SPSS software. The statistical methods applied included mean calculations, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between digital leadership and organizational creativity, with digital leadership explaining 58% of the variance in organizational creativity. The study recommended the need to enhance digital leadership training, adopt a culture of digital learning within the colleges, and support digital citizenship while developing skills in using modern technology to improve organizational creativity.
