Abstract

Global prospective studies have not neglected the importance of the language system in any project they adopt for civilized construction and overall development because no society can achieve its strategic social, cultural, and economic goals by isolating its language. Everything is based on language, and development and civilizational progress depend on it. The study aims to highlight the importance of language investment and its role in development in all aspects.
The study concluded on the significance of linguistic investment in languages in general, and the Arabic language, in particular, as it serves as an effective foundation to promote language advancement and modernization in various specialized institutions of society. This allows it to play a pioneering role in institutional construction and position itself as part of future thinking and global development
