Financial investment: a legitimate and legal study of development and protection mechanisms

Abstract

We look in this research paper on the mechanisms of development and protection of investment in Islamic law and positive law, we are exposed to this subject with criticism, valuation and guidance to what achieves the desired interest in preserving the whole of the purposes of Sharia, namely the preservation of money; we have touched on the study in several aspects, Then the Fiqh description of the most important investment mechanisms such as deposits, instruments and investment funds; then we mentioned the mechanisms of investment development and protection from the legitimate and legal perspective; and finally concluded that investment is a legitimate demand on the ruler to protect the nation's funds and expand its resources; and work to update its mechanisms every time a duty such as renewal and keep pace with economic changes.
