Abstract

This contribution aims to assess the rural development strategy adopted in the wilaya of Djelfa. It is a retrospective evaluation of a program that spanned from 2010 to 2014.
This retrospective evaluation focuses on the proximity and integrated rural development projects (PIRDP) which constitute the privileged tool for implementing the national policy for agricultural and rural renewal.
The used indicators during this assessment concern physical and financial balances, unifying themes, efficiency, relevance and consistency.
