The effect of total quality management on supporting university academic performance using structural equations modeling A field study of a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, University of M'sila

This study aims to know the effect of the application of total quality management and its contribution on the efficiency of the academic performance of a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University in Msila; The field study was carried out on a random sample of 63 professors, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical package and Amos.v25 structural equation modeling program.
The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of total quality management combined and the efficiency of the academic performance of the professors of the college under study amounted to (R2 = 0.67), but in a piecemeal way, both the focus on customers and continuous improvement only have an impact on university academic performance
