Abstract

 

This study aims to know the effect of the application of total quality management  and its contribution on the efficiency of the academic performance of a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University in Msila; The field study was carried out on a random sample of 63 professors, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical package and Amos.v25 structural equation modeling program.

          The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of total quality management combined and the efficiency of the academic performance of the professors of the college under study amounted to (R2 = 0.67), but in a piecemeal way, both the focus on customers and continuous improvement only have an impact on university academic performance
