Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine how important social media is for promoting new travel destinations and bolstering the travel and tourism sector by offering a wide-ranging forum for engagement and communication. According to the survey، 88% of travel agencies actively utilize social media to market travel locations and deals as well as gauge customer sentiment. 27% of passengers make the decision، for example over 80% of travel marketers use Facebook to start paid advertising campaigns to accomplish a variety of aims، from increasing awareness to increasing booking rates. The first is using Facebook posts to guide one to a specific location.
