The contribution of emotional intelligence to communication skills within the tourism establishment " Case Studies"

Abstract:
The research is generally linking between emotional intelligence and different
communication skills within tourist institutions, it initially reviews the history of this concept of
emotional intelligence, its nature and the importance of its adoption within different
institutions, in addition to clarifying its own goals, and then reviews the role of this type of
intelligence in developing different communication skills within tourist institutions and the
importance of using it within these institutions with greater details through the presentation of
various case studies at the end of the research that conclude in its most important findings that
there is a significant need to employ the principles and basics of emotional intelligence within
the tourism industry as highest priority to manage and control mutual emotions and positive
interaction with different situations and environments as a way to improve the image of the
tourist product.
