Desert Tourism in Libya: Elements and Obstacles -Analytical descriptive study-

The Libyan desert is full of unique, and diverse elements that attract the attention of many people interested in tourism and travel and love adventure. The fame of the Libyan desert is due to several factors, of which the most important is the great momentum that characterizes it in terms of the availability of various art, natural and geographical evidences. This great momentum made it eligible for the emergence of many tourism activities and activating many various types of sports on one hand , and on the other hand, increasing investment , raising the revenues of the state and eliminating the causes of the economic problems like unemployment.. This pattern of desert tourism in Libya suffers from many obstacles the current research has shown "using the descriptive approach", after clarifying the basic elements of the Libyan desert and its tourism importance, and then present some relevant results and recommendations.
