ملخص:

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في تحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل سياسات واستراتيجيات المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية (SDAT 2030)

  تبرز الدراسة أهمية هذا الإطار في تعزيز الاستثمارات السياحية، وتحسين البنية التحتية، وجلب الخبرات الخاصة لدعم التنمية المستدامة في القطاع السياحي، بما يسهم في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي وتقليل الاعتماد على العائدات النفطية.يُختتم البحث بتوصيات لتعزيز شفافية التعاقد ومعايير الاستدامة، وإدراج PPP بصيغ قانونية واضحة ضمن SDAT 2030.

Abstract:

   This research aims to highlight the role of public-private partnerships in achieving sustainable tourism development in Algeria through the analysis of the Strategic Development Plan for Tourism (SDAT 2030).

     The study emphasizes the importance of this framework in promoting tourism investment, improving infrastructure, and leveraging private expertise to support sustainable growth in the tourism sector, thereby contributing to economic diversification and reducing the dependence on oil revenues.

    The research concludes with recommendations to enhance contract transparency and sustainability standards, and to incorporate PPPs within clear legal frameworks as part of SDAT 2030
