الملخص

Abstract:

The researcher aims to test the impact of strategic leadership - through its dimensions represented by (strategic direction, balanced organizational control, human capital development, organizational culture, and ethical practices); In tourism organizations (the Tourism Authority as a model), as well as diagnosing the level of interest of the leaders in the tourism organization under study (the Tourism Authority) according to the dimensions of the study and in a statistical manner. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach by analyzing the opinions of the strategic leaders in the tourism organization under study (the Tourism Authority); (103) questionnaires were distributed to (general managers, department heads, and divisional officials), in addition to personal interviews conducted with officials in the authority. The problem of the study revolved around the following main question: (What is the impact of strategic leadership on tourism organizations? / In the Iraqi Tourism Authority) we have reached a set of conclusions: The most important of which is the presence of a combined impact of the dimensions of strategic leadership on the tourism organization under study (the Tourism Authority).
