يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل مظاهر الفقر الاجتماعي في المدن السياحية الكبرى، من خلال تسليط الضوء على إشكالية تهميش السكان المحليين مقابل ازدهار القطاع السياحي ، تنطلق الإشكالية من التساؤل التالي: كيف يسهم التوسع السياحي في المدن الكبرى في تعميق الفجوة الاجتماعية وتهميش السكان المحليين؟ ، وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى محاور رئيسية تناولت: مفهوم الفقر الاجتماعي من منظور سوسيولوجي، العلاقة بين التنمية السياحية والتحولات المجتمعية، وآليات التهميش التي يعاني منها السكان الأصليون في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية والعمرانية ، وتوصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج الجوهرية، أبرزها أن السياسات السياحية غالبًا ما تُبنى على حساب حقوق السكان المحليين، ما يؤدي إلى تراجع فرصهم في السكن والعمل والخدمات الأساسية، وتنامي شعور التهميش الاجتماعي لديهم. كما أظهرت النتائج غياب التوازن بين التنمية الاقتصادية والمساواة الاجتماعية في معظم هذه المدن.
Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the manifestations of social poverty in major tourist cities by shedding light on the issue of marginalizing local residents amid the growth of the tourism sector, The central research question is: How does tourism expansion in large cities contribute to widening the social gap and marginalizing local populations?,The study is structured around key themes, including the sociological concept of social poverty, the relationship between tourism development and social transformations, and the mechanisms of marginalization experienced by native residents amid economic and urban shifts,The research reached several core findings, most notably that tourism policies are often implemented at the expense of local residents' rights, resulting in reduced access to housing, employment, and essential services, and reinforcing a sense of social exclusion. The findings further indicate a lack of balance between economic development and social equity in most of these cities.
